The Design And Its Application Of Evaluation System On Distribution Construction Project Management Performance

The evaluation of project management achievements after implementation is very important because the construction management ability has great impact on the competitiveness of contractor. Based on the five targets of construction management, this paper built up an evaluation index system for construction management of distribution project, which included target indexes of quality management, schedule management, cost management and HSE management. On this basis, a fuzzy comprehensive assessment model for achievements of distribution project construction management was established, with the weight calculated by AHP and G1 methods. Finally, a case study was put forward which verified the feasibility and validity of the model.
