IPD Based Electric Power Enterprise Software Project Flow Design

For a series of problems such as the diversity of project management methodology and the difficulty of application and operation in practice, this paper proposed a software project process management system which was suitable for the work units in the power industry of China. After the application in practice, it is proved that the system proposed can help the IT department accomplish the conversion of the technology center into process center. It support and promote the construction of software project well.The research combined the integration product development theory with the current situation of software project management in practice of Power Company. It proposed a software project management integration model and operational schemes. It used empirical research methods to verify the model by giving an example based on the software project management of Power Company.
