China's urban development zones has made tremendous achievements in nearly three decades of development.however,there There is a series of land use issues,such as:Total amount of land out of control,Land use structure is irrational,Low rate of utilization of land,Single method of land transfer.etc. Intensive use of urban development zone's land facing severe challenges.Singapore's urban development zone of intensive development experience of the land can provide experience for the Chinese urban development zones.This article is based on the angle of intensive use of land and contrast between China and Singapore, Mining Singapore's Urban Development Zoon advanced experience in the aspects of management system, policy.etc. and do a quantitative region-specific research.This paper uses document retrieval, GIS, AHP, Delphi and other methods, to do a comparative study between the land use of China and Singapore's Urban Development Zoons. Firstly, Discusses the development zone and the theory of intensive land use. Secondly, Review the current status of research.Thirdly, introduced the two countries profile of UDZ development and land use. Qualitative comparison between intensive use of urban land development zones in different areas.Fourthly, Describes the current intensive use of land evaluation system, And constructing a suitable evaluation system methods and models. Fifthly, Evaluation intensive use of land of CQETZ and IBP.At last, Deepen the conclusions, and attmempt to recover the use of Chinese Urban Land Intensive ideas.Through qualitative and quantitative research analysis,the results suggest the differences of Intensive Land Use between the two countries in the implementation process and effect.
