Manage Strategy Of China's Business Bank Under Economic Cycle

CPI and PPI in China become higher than before since 2007. China's reserve for foreign exchange and base currency rose continuously because of the inflow of foreign exchange and hot money. The PBOC took tightened monetary policy under the situation of excessive liquidity and inflation. The main measure of the PBOC is increasing required reserve ratio. With the spread of the world financial crisis and the variety of domestic situation, The PBOC adjust monetary policy into loosen. The thesis will focus on the manage strategy of China's business bank, which start from the theory of economy cycle, economic situation change of in and outside country and influence of business bank from the policy of the PBOC, and discuss with profit and business decreasing, risk and cost increasing, how to business bank handle, how to business bank stand out from the crowd, how to business banks enhance themselves. At last, the thesis give related suggestion, such as adjusting credit structure, expanding income opportunities, strengthening risk management, accelerating progress of internationalization and raising brand value under the environment of China economic.This thesis analyze the dates of past 11 quarters, including GDP, CPI, required reserve ratio, loan rate, increase rate of monetary base, the amount of central bank bills and net profit of banks, using graphs to display the relationship between monetary policy and bank operation and making cluster analysis to show the correlation, in order to help bank operation, which is the innovation of this thesis.
