The matured leadership theory has laid a foundation for leadership, leadership theory is also guiding the leadership practice of so many leaders. Similarly, it is also through the leader's leadership to be judged by the results of the process and the leadership of a person's leadership. What is leadership? This issue will determine the definition of leadership leadership evaluation. The survey also shows that the current global context, the leader's leadership appears as a lack of status. Therefore, the study of the reasons for the lack of leadership and how to improve the leadership issue of leadership to become the scholars direction. We can also imagine that If we come to a ground-breaking research findings of this research, it will play an important role of practice. This aim of the selection of female leadership, was to identify the disadvantaged groups are women leaders who took leading positions at the same time, how to enhance their own leadership, so as to improve work efficiency, and better recognized by society and the respect.The first article summarizes the Chinese and foreign scholars on leadership, as well as the status of women in leadership research and find the relevant research findings. When scholars studied the leadership,they were always defining the concept description for the concept of leadership firstly. Though the definitions are showing scenes of blooming flowers,the most recognized "Leadership is influence". The different concepts are also standing on the standpoint of the different angles and , it should be said that future generations of leadership for a comprehensive understanding of a great help. Chinese and foreign scholars, some of the findings and findings of this paper discusses also played a big role.The second section provides an overview of the relevant theory of leadership. Through the description of the basic theory of leadership and women's leadership, deepen their understanding of relevant theories elaborated a comprehensive understanding of women's leadership. These theoretical knowledge play a direct role of the analysis and conclusions drawn to in this issue.The third part according to the actual situation of China's enterprises and the survey data, conduct our business leadership group consisting of analysis, concluded that female leaders' proportion of composition in the leadership group is very low. The status of women in leadership in our country's enterprise also shows that the women leaders have academic scholarship on the great progress , but mostly, the female leaders are lack of leadership, what's more, the understanding to the leadership of the female leaders also affects the behavior of the leadership playing and improving. All these led to our corporate leadership of women leaders' problem, such as the existence of female leaders in the enterprise leading a small number of groups, the proportion is small; the environment in which women leaders can not be optimistic; evaluation of female leaders in the vague criteria of leadership, etc.problems.The forth part pend the outcome of the leadership competency model and developed a measure of leadership, analsizing the factors that will affect the women's leadership by using the factor analysis method DEMATLE, then ordering these several major factors . Analysis shows that, moral, social position of women in leadership concepts and ideas, academic knowledge are the main factors. Reached the main influencing factors, they can be targeted to enhancing the effectiveness of women's leadership put forward countermeasures.Partâ…¤proposed to enhance women's leadership strategies, from the three point of view, namely the female leader's perspective, business perspective and social perspective of targeted commission how to enhance women's leadership.
