Study On Countermeasures Of Agricultural Informatization Construction In County-Level Cities

China is a big agricultural country.Speeding up the construction of agricultural information is conducive to the transformation of traditional agriculture.It can significantly improve agricultural productivity,and help to improve the speed of agricultural modernization,increase farmers' income,promote rural economic development and build a well-off society in an all-round way.In view of this demand,this article takes the agricultural information construction of Nanxian as the research object,and carries out the research work on the countermeasures of the county city agricultural informatization construction.Through consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad,field research and the experience of advanced areas at home and abroad,the relevant countermeasures for the construction of agricultural information in Nanxian are put forward.It also provides reference for the construction of agricultural information in county-level cities.The specific work is as follows:(1)By looking up a large number of related literatures at home and abroad,we find out the research progress and current situation of agricultural informatization construction both at home and abroad,and confirm the research contents and research methods in this paper.(2)The relevant theories of agricultural information construction have been found out,which provide theoretical reference and support for the follow-up research.(3)A questionnaire survey on the construction of agricultural information in Nanxian was carried out,and the statistics and analysis of the results were made,and the information construction of agricultural information in Nanxian was made clear.(4)Combined with field research results,we summarized the current situation of agricultural informatization construction in Nanxian,found out the advantages and shortcomings of Nanxian's agricultural informatization construction,and explored the reasons for the shortage.(5)This paper summarizes the experience of agricultural informatization construction in the advanced areas represented by Jinhua,Tai'an and the developed countries represented by the United States,Germany,Japan and South Korea.Identify the development characteristics of the above countries and regions and compare with Nanxian.Get the experience that Nanxian can draw from it.(6)Combined with the development experience of research results at home and abroad advanced area,puts forward he following countermeasures on the future of Nanxian agricultural informatization construction work:the lead and intervention of government is the center and improving farmers' comprehensive level,strengthening the integration and utilization of information and combining with the actual situation is the basic points;The specific countermeasures are as follows:the local government has given full play to the leading role,improving the comprehensive quality of the grass-roots people in rural areas,accelerate the integration of agricultural information resources,the construction of talent is crucial,infrastructure construction can't be relaxed.It provides a reference for the development of agricultural information in Nanxian and County cities.
