The Study Of Logistics Enterprises Benefit Measure Norm

As for the expansion of the large-scale production of our society, of the deepening of professional specialization and the gradual establishment of the "world factory" status, as the backbone of the logistics industry, logistics enterprises have developed rapidly in China. At present, there are nearly 510,000 logistics enterprises in the Chinese market, but the development of China's logistics industry is still in its infancy, logistics operation and management are still in the extensive management level, the non-standardized operation of enterprises has become a constraint to the healthy development of China's logistics industry. With the accelerated pace of economic globalization, facing the international logistics giants in the domestic market, rapid expansion, it is necessary for the operation and management to provide guiding regulatory requirements from the measured level of efficiency in logistics enterprises ,to promote the normative development of logistics enterprises, and to promote the orderly development of the logistics industry in China. However, there is not a perfect performance evaluation system in enterprise field, especially, in newly-born logistics enterprise field. Based on this, the present thesis is devoted to study the performance evaluation of logistics enterprises on theoretical and empirical level. The main results achieved in this thesis can be summarized as follows:1. Combined with the present studies on the performance evaluation of logistics enterprise in home and abroad, a comprehensive review of its background and significance is summarized.2. The theory of the performance evaluation of logistics enterprise is discussed in details, it concludes the definition of the logistics enterprise, the logistics functions, the foundational theory, key elements, and the basic principle of enterprise performance.3. Based on the former research findings, according to the advantages and disadvantages of Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process evaluation systems, the author integrate them into a new system of logistics efficiency evaluating by combining both financial and non-financial index. In emphasizing customer service and business efficiency to enhance the close relationship, this article explores the services and cost-effectiveness between the paradoxical relationship, and attempts to make more scientific and objective enterprise effectiveness evaluation.4.Application of the logistics enterprise efficiency index measurement system on the branch of China Post Logistics Sales Department in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, it conducted a dynamic analysis of the overall efficiency measure.The above research results are of significance for studying the performance assessment of the logistics enterprise and this article has some reference value to the application.
