Research On The Internationality Of RMB

As one of the biggest economy and foreign trade entity,in recent years Chinese economy has dramatically developed and the control on the foreign economic has loosen step by step,RMB has been more and more widely applied in the business and trade activities between China and neighboring countries.This trend makes people pay more and more attention to the internationality of RMB.The internationality of RMB is not only a possibility but also demanded by China and other countries in the world.This text review the conditions of the internationality of currency by retrospection the evolve process of currency and the causations from the point of view of culture and history,analysis the problems existing in promoting the pilot program of cross-border trade settlement,and at last,put forward the mode and method of how to realize internationality of RMB.The full text is consists of 6 chapters:The first chapter is"an introduction".The author try to address the consideration for the topic choose,and definitions for some conceptions as well as the structure of this paper and introduction for the research literature and viewpoint which related to this article.Part one is sovereign currency to become a international currency:a historic perspective.The history of international currencies in early times and since the 17th century is reviewed and features of the evolution processes analyzed.A conclusion is then drawn on what it takes to turn a sovereign currency into an international one.Part two is "Cost-Benefit Analysis for a country's currency becomes as International Monetary:theory and case".The theoretical discussion for the cost-benefit of international currency,at the same time takes the case of US dollar as an example.Part three is "the conditions and the analysis of advantages and disadvantages on the internationality of RMB".According to the last two chapters,analyzing the conditions and Advantages and Disadvantages for the internationalization of RMB.Part four is "the important step on the internationality of RMB:the settlement of trade for across body on RMB"."The experiment management system of the settlement of trade for across body on RMB" has been published and carried out, which makes an important step on the internationality of RMB,the author introduces the effect,analyzes the problem,and then give the revolution.Part five is "More internationalized RMB:modes and paths With comparative." According to the analysis of the internationalization of several currencies and taking China's situation into account,the suitable RMB mode is proposed.The RMB,with appropriated arrangements,should become a universal currency gradually.
