Remanufacturing is an important component of advanced manufacturing technology in the 21st century and has become a new potential industry. Recently, remanufacturing has been paid more and more attention in the world. The development of remanufactured products has a great economic and ecological value and has a significant impact on the environment. The implementation of remanufacturing will not work effectively without proper logistics network support, however, the current study on the remanufacturing logistics has not yet form a systemic, complete solution. Therefore, in order to guide the practice, it is very necessary to conduct a comprehensive and systematic theoretical research on the remanufacturing logistics.Based on the existing research, in view of the characteristics of remanufacturing logistics, two key issues were studied in this paper. One is the optimization of products recovery process of the remanufacturing logistics system's "input", the other is the relations between consumers and the remanufactured products of its "output". The studies enrich and improve the study system of the remanufacturing logistics and will play a positive role on the application of remanufacturing logistics in the further practice.First of all, great deals of relevant literatures are concluded. The concept of remanufacturing is introduced; Literatures review of network optimization of product recovery, production planning, inventory control and pricing issues in the remanufacturing logistics system are conducted; Existing research limitations are pointed out and then the purpose and significance of this paper are put forward. At the same time, the connotation of the remanufacturing logistics is discussed; The system structure is build; The remanufacturing logistics system and its main components are analyzed; The remanufacturing logistics system follows a "input→convert/product→output " mode is pointed out, and the remanufacturing logistics'network structure, characteristics and functions are analyzed.Second, the optimization of products recovery process of the remanufacturing logistics system's "input" is studied. A professional third-party reverse logistics provider is introduced; Evaluation index system and GA-BP algorithm model are established; An evaluation and selection example is also given and the simulation results indicate that the GA-BP algorithm is a fast, reliable and precision method for the evaluation and selection of the third-party reverse logistics providers. This method is a new attempt for evaluating the providers and it can provide a reliable reference in the process of choosing a third-party reverse logistics provider.Finally, the relations between consumers and the remanufactured products of remanufacturing logistics system's"output"are studied. Consumers'awareness and purchase intention of remanufactured products are analyzed through descriptive analysis and Logistic regression model. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model, a consumer acceptance model of remanufactured products is built, and the effectiveness of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use factors and personal characteristics of consumers on the consumer'acceptance of remanufactured products are verified. The results of these studies will be very helpful for remanufacturing enterprise to make products positioning, consumers'segmentation and marketing decision.
