Analyses On Migrant Workers' Medical Insurance System

Along with the continuous development of China's economy, increasing urban-rural income gap, rural surplus labor that is what we call"migrant workers"the influx of a large number of large cities, lead to the formation of a variety of new social problems, especially the issue of their medical insurance.In view of the great differences of migrant workers health insurance in our country and no ill treatment of migrant workers plight, the article explore the migrant workers medical insurance necessity and introduce medical insurance system in China's representative several areas for migrant workers. Then, for the implementation of the medical insurance system of migrant workers, it analyze the prevalence of four major problems, that is, lack of clarity in the protection of the object, the protection of short duration, low levels of protection, insurance relations continued hard. At last, it put forward the development of the medical insurance system rationalization proposals, such as: extension of the expansion of the definition of migrant workers, improvement of payment method of overall planning account, the design of personal accounts, medical insurance mode selection, in order to benefit the future of medical insurance system of migrant workers.
