The Research Of Learning National Defence Industrial Innovation System

The objects of this theme are constructing the model of Learning National Defense Industrial Innovation System and improve the ability of the National Defense Industry. In allusion to the paper, we adopt qualitative and quantitative analysis, AHP, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, and Close analysis to achieve the goal.First, the paper describes learning organization and technological innovation theory, and then introduced the origin and development of learning organization, the connotation and classification of technological innovation, especially the theory with Chinese characteristics emergence of independent and development.Second, on the basis of recall the innovation system, we summing up the concept of learning innovation systems, we find that scholars at home and abroad is focus on the theory of technological innovation, innovation system, learning organization, learning region, and national defense science, technology and industry-specific independent innovation system and evaluation methods, self-Innovation, scientific and technological innovation system of national defense studies. At present there is no theory for building a learning national defense industrial system. This issue will be combine learning theory and innovative science to build innovation systems and their implementation.Thirdly, this paper contributed learning national defense industry innovation model. After analysis the situation ang problem of our National Industry, we show the connotation of the learning National Defense Industry. Based on the knowledge creation, knowledge flows and knowledge application, we built a technological innovation system model. And construct evaluation system. Then use this to appraise national defense industry.Finally, we put forward some countermeasure based on the creation of knowledge, knowledge flows, and knowledge application learning science and from the macro point of view to build an innovation system.
