Research On The Industrial Cluster's Performance And Its Influencing Factors

Economic globalization, how to improve the competitiveness of a country's economy has become the focus of national attention. And it is proved that industrial cluster has become the important driving force of the State or regional economic developments. But we also cannot ignore the phenomenon that different industrial cluster will present various performance. Some develop rapidly, transform and upgrade continuously. At the opposite aspect, some go to fading gradually. So it has a practical meaning to research on the industrial cluster's performance and its influencing factors.Based on the various researching results of scholars, first of all, the paper illustrates the implication of the industrial cluster and its performance;construct the measurement index system of the industrial cluster. Secondly, analyzing the theory of professional division of labor, the game theory, innovative theory, the theory of the view of Shared resource, global value chain theory, the paper concludes the following four factors that will influence the industrial cluster performance. They are the specialized division, competition and cooperation among the enterprises that inside and outside the cluster, the shared resource and the technique innovation. By the research on approach of questionnaire survey, expert consultation meeting, principal component analysis and others, this paper refines the factors the influence the industrial cluster's performance further. Finally, taking the industrial cluster of the Haining leather for example, the paper explores the influencing factors of the industrial cluster performance and its influence degree, and proposes the suggestion for improving the industrial cluster performance of the Haining leather.
