Study On Dynamic Optimization Method Of Project Logistics Under Uncertain Environment

The actual implementation process of project logistics may be affected by many external factors which makes the whole project a fundamental change in the program. How to make a fast and accurate adjustment of the original program in order to address the variety of project logistics and optimize these adjustments effectively is the key to the success of the implementation process. Therefore, the dynamic optimization of solutions of project logistics under uncertainty has always been the urgent topic in the field of project management, owning both important theoretical and practical significance.To find an appropriate expression of the process of dynamic adjustment, as while as to optimize various options reasonably, the method of decision network planning has been used to solve this problem on the basis of alternative theories and options making process. The time when some uncertainty events happen has been taken as an alternative primary basis on which the network planning with double number has been used as a way of implementing the dynamic adjustment process in project logistics. Then the paper raised a model to make optimization of logistics solutions by dynamic ideas and optimized each uncertain links, aimed at making real-time adjustments of the project logistics implementation plan, meanwhile, adapting the premise of the uncertain environment. The main purpose of the work is to pick out a most suitable program taken all factors into account to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. At the end of this paper, a case has been made to verify the validity of the model.By making further research of the series problems of expressing and optimizing of project logistics implement process this article combines the method of decision network planning and the issue above together. Looking from application effect, decision network planning is a good way to solve such problems happened in project logistics and it draws a close relationship to its process. The research results can provide some kinds of effective support to both the decision-maker and the executor at the certain extent.
