Petroleum resources are the lifeblood of modern Iran's economy.Iran's oil exploration began in the late 19th century, a large-scale exploitation of oil began at 20th century 50s. The development of oil resources in the modernization of Iran played an important role in promoting. Iran in the last century, since the 90s, the oil proved reserves is growing, constantly discovered new oil fields, becoming Iran's sustained and rapid economic development.This paper studies the Iranian oil resources, distribution, development and utilization of the status quo, as well as Iran's remaining recoverable oil resources in the degree of comparative analysis of the veracity of the information of its oil resources. Argument from a resources point of view the achievements of Iran's oil industry and problems, in particular, this article highlighted the reliability of the information Iran's oil resources to China's investment in Iran's oil industry, the establishment of Sino-Iranian strategic relationship between the oil trade have a significant impact of risk pointed out that the reliability of the information Iran's oil resources. The basic conclusion is this:first, Iran's oil resources, the total reserves (geological reserves), proven reserves, recoverable reserves, the remaining recoverable reserves are reliable; second, sino-Iranian cooperation in development of Iran the feasibility of petroleum resources has been pointed out; third, China must be involved in Iran's oil development.Discussion:first, Iran's oil resources are affecting the trend of changes in the Iranian economy; second, Oil resources are affecting the relationship between China and Iran, China's investment in Iran's oil and gas industry has a risk; third, China's investment or joint venture to develop Iran's oil resources, the feasibility and risks, as well as in the process of China's development direction should be taken in response, have a certain practical significance.This paper uses the analysis and synthesis methods, while the use of Arcgis, AutoCAD Drawing Software-related maps, combined with the professional advantages of geography, aimed at improving the reliability of conclusions of the study. The reliability of Iran's oil resources provides China invests in Iran's oil fields the basic study. Both at home and abroad is rare, so it is the main innovations in this article. However, the incomplete of data collection is also difficult to achieve a more authoritative and more innovative, analysis and appraisal methods have to be in-depth and comprehensive.
