The Study Of Science And Technology Intermediary Service System Interface Management

Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign science and technology intermediary service system status, problems and experiences, this paper uses the theory of interface management to construct science and technology intermediary service system interface model in China,and gives the implementation of the science and technology intermediary service system interface management, provides feasible suggestions for the development of China's science and technology intermediary service system to promote national innovation system. According to the characteristics of the subject, this paper uses the comparative analysis, the qualitative analysis, the reference analysis and systemic methodology.First, from the concept, conditions, barriers, stage of development, interface level, principle and design theory, the paper introduces the theory of interface management,and lays a theoretical foundation for the study of deep-laid. After giving the concept defined for the science and technology intermediary service system ,this paper introduces its characteristics, classification and important role briefly, and the comparatively studies important experience of the foreign science and technology intermediary service system development ,and sums up the characteristics and problems of China's science and technology intermediary service system at the present stage of development. Using interface management theory constructs an interface management model which contains three levels and a dynamic mechanism. In this process, illustrates what is science and technology intermediary service system interface and what is science and technology intermediary service system interface management, analysis of the interface conditions, the interface barrier and the development of science and technology intermediary service system interface management, these three necessary step.Finally, by the approach of dynamical mechanisms, this paper puts forward the measures to improve the system of science and technology intermediary services from the following four aspects: constructing interface security conditions, improving supply and demand power, improving interface management, improving horizontal function interface, and building vertical interface integration.
