Based On The Business Needs Of China's Science And Technology Intermediary Service System Strategy Of Development

Science and technology intermediary agent belongs to knowledge-intensive service industry and is the important part of national technology innovation system. The healthy development of science and technology intermediary agent will support the rise of productive efficiency, the promotion of management level, optimization and upgrade of national industry, which will promote comprehensive national strength, international competition and socialized production. At present, the challenge and opportunity exist simultaneously in Chinese science and technology intermediary agent. Therefore, it is important to exert Chinese science and technology intermediary agent to play a role in national technology innovation system by seizing the opportunity and facing the challenge. The thesis aims at putting forward the macro-development countermeasure to Chinese intermediary service system of science and technology based on its status quo.The study object of the thesis is operating model design and market demand of science and technology intermediary service. Firstly, the concept of the science and technology intermediary agent is defined and its component is analyzed. Secondly, by using the method of domestic and foreign comparison and typical case analysis, the theory framework and operating model of intermediary service system of science and technology are expected to be clear, and then the status quo of intermediary service system of science and technology can be systematically analyzed. The demand of Beijing IT enterprises to intermediary service system of science and technology is analyzed as the case. Lastly, the theoretical and feasible suggestion in favor of promoting the intermediary service level of science and technology is put forward.The thesis consists of three sections: the 1^st section is the introduction, in which the study objective, method, purpose and significance are introduced. The 2^nd section is the main body and divided into four chapters. In chapter 1 the theory about intermediary service system of science and technology and life cycle of enterprises is mainly introduced. The concept of the science and technology is defined, the characters are described and the functions are explained, the demand of enterprises with different life cycles to intermediary service of science and technology is theoretically analyzed, and then the development model and operating mechanism of foreign intermediary service system of science and technology are briefly described. The chapter 2 focuses on the development status quo of intermediary service industry of science and technology, which can be divided into such three kinds from the angle of function as the agents which are directly involved in the technology innovation of service object, provide consultant service to innovation main body by using the knowledge of technology, management and market, and provide service for the efficient flow and rational deploy of the science and technology resource. The corresponding formats are productivity promotion centers, science and technology enterprise incubators, and science and technology consultation institutions. Shanghai High-tech Fruit Transformation Service Center and Xi'an High-tech Business-establishing Service Center are analyzed as typical cases. In chapter 3 the demand of IT enterprises in Beijing to the intermediary service of science and technology is the basis of demonstration study. The questionnaire design method, sample selection rule and development of investigation are introduced; the data are analyzed and tested on the base of questionnaire; the demand of IT enterprises in Beijing to the intermediary service of science and technology is analyzed and regulated. On the basis of the above-mentioned, the eight aspects of conclusion are drawn. In chapter 4, the operating model and development strategy of science and technology intermediary agent is put forward. The 3^rd section is the conclusion. Through the study, the writer thinks that the government's role in the building science and technology intermediary agent should be defined accurately and be under control. The key point is to build the good environment for the science and technology intermediary service system. The conclusion as the innovation point of the thesis is to establish the development strategy for science and technology intermediary service system according to the demand of the enterprises in different development stages.
