A Study Of Develoment Model Of Tourism Industry Cluster In Hebei Province

The tourist industry of China is now facing the dual pressure—the rapid changing of the exterior environment and the instability brought by the transition phase of development. So the tourism industry cluster is becoming the strategy problem which concerns the academia. The main purpose of the article is to determine thetourism industry cluster development model in order to promote the tourism of Hebei province,and then take the corresponding approach to develop. To the characteristic of the problem,the article chooses the researching method integrating qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and combing the academic analysis and demonstration analysis.Firstly,the article defines the tourism cluster.It analyzes the characteristic of tourism cluster and pointed out that the distinction between aggregation and cluster,this paper stand on industry cluster level to studies the development of tourism in Hebei province.Secondly,it analyzes that the status of tourism and resources and tourism enterprises in Hebei province,And on the base of that analysis the problem of tourism cluster.Thirdly,the article does a demonstration study taking Hebei Province as the example. On the base of the Gini coefficient and location entropy of tourism in order to carry out the tourism industry cluster measure evaluation;with cluster size,the relationship among the members,support agencies,knowledge spillover degree of embeddness for the five evaluation of the combined effect of building evaluation index system.Give full considerration to the available data and difference between empirecal research and theoretical studies,made changes to certain indicators and replacement,and gathering effect evaluation index system in tourism cluster of Hebei province.Using expert scoring method for the evaluation index weights in order to analyze.Fourthly,based on the analysis of pattern for tourism cluster in Hebei province.Through the tourism cluster in Hebei province to quantify the cluster idetification,then to decide development of tourism cluster in Hebei province.At last,according to the status of Hebei tourism industry cluster, the article brings forwards the countermeasures of maintaining the status of Hebei tourism industry cluster,and speeding it to develop healthily and steadily.
