A Study Of Technical-entrepreneur Growing Based Entropy Theory

Technological entrepreneurship is the important way to promote technological transformation, promote national economic development, and build an innovation-oriented country. High-tech entrepreneur is the key factors whether the start-ups can succeed. Therefore, how to promote high-tech entrepreneurs to grow into successful entrepreneurs becomes the attention from all walks of society.This research is in the guiding of entrepreneurial growth theory, human capital theory and the grey theory. And it also uses the relevant theory of entropy theory to research into the technology entrepreneurs. It makes human capital as perspective to analysis the growth factors affecting technology-based entrepreneurs. The paper through the questionnaire survey with existing research results, the influence factors of technology-based entrepreneurs'growth, and the grey relational analysis verified these factors and the correlation technology entrepreneurs'growth. The grey relational analysis on factors based on entropy theory is from the angles of close and open to establish two mathematical model of technology-based entrepreneurs to grow and system models. In order to verify the validity of the model, using the grey comprehensive evaluation method, the comprehensive evaluation model is established. The result shows that the effectiveness of growth of entropy model of technology-based entrepreneurs'is satisfied.Through the questionnaire research, the author combined related to China's high-tech entrepreneurs'growth course and the present situation is analyzed, and the study divide the stages of the growth of technological entrepreneurs into birth, rapid growth and stability of growth three stages. Combined with high-tech entrepreneurs to grow entropy model, the study analyzes the technological entrepreneur achievements of growth and obstacles, and analyses the growth trend of technology-based entrepreneurs. The growth in technology-based entrepreneurs, puts forward the high-tech entrepreneurs obstacles to overcome growth strategy, from bad habits, promote individual learning and organizational learning, establishing R&D team and management team, the team cooperation interactive mode and develop social relation network technology entrepreneurs from four aspects to promote growth.
