With the development of vocational education, the disadvantages is more clear, the structures are poor at handicraft, finding job, vocational ability. In order to improve the reform of vocational education,develop the Chinese vocational deucation,in Nov. 11th 2006, the Ministry of Finance. Ministry of Education put up"About decelopment of the Vocational Education"indicate the stant of the reform, JiLin Indusriat Vocational Technology of Institude was formed Standard-School in 2008. So the reform is necessary, this essay can provide some informations to the Insritude.There are 4 chapters.Chapter 1. Generally Speaking. It mainly talking about the background, talking about the disadvantages, the means, and the main method--"based on the work process", that is the the major tools in the reform.Chater 2.Establishing the course system of marker business on"based on the process", first , focus on the target, and have the meeting to discuss, then to detailed analysis, put up the model to study.Chapter 3. The course design on"based on the work process"using this method to design, and select 4 courses, set a situation, use different study target, study coutent, different teachers and studentsdifferent study tools, study process, make a standurd study to direct the reform.Chapter 4. Assurance of course development. The new course need truly working inveroment, wsing the task to improve the teaching, the traditional classroom is not available. In order to develop the reform, the JiLin Industrial Voeational Technology of Institude according to the different task design different training room.This thesis go through with"based on the work process", solve 3 problems, First focus the target based on the model of enterprises. Second, based on the need of work improve the ability, establish the course system. Third ,develop improve the abiliry, esrablish the couvse system. Fourth, develop the standard of different courses. Focus on tanget, rebuilt the course system,coutent design, these three espects put on the practical, based on the work process,develop task, indicate the enthusiasm of students, to train the ability of students. Meanwhile use the work in groups to train their cooperation ability observing ability, expressing ability ect.Nowadays, with the development of the based on work process are acceptble well. But still some surcey are on the surface. Not the designing surface. Few majors developed late, still science is well, so some of them are meaningless. This thesis based on the JiLin Industrial Voeational Technology of Institude discussing the courses reform totally, deeply, not only can provide some information to our school's reform, but also can widen the thought for other cocational colleges.
