In 21 Century, The generating and enhancing of corporation's core competence depends much more on the power of one corporation's human resource management, which has been an important qualification of Clothing enterprise's development. For the special contribution to the development of Clothing enterprise core competence, competency model has attracted many human resource investigators and many human resource professionals' eyesight on it. The topic of this article is Clothing enterprise market administrative personnel Competency model and its application.The paper is composed by six chapters. Chapter 1, Preface presents the background, significance and use of research, and details the research situation of Competency and Competency model at home and abroad. Chapter 2, it put forward the origin and the development of the Competency, and point the concept of Competency and Competency model. It still details the theoretical foundation of Competency and Competency model at home and abroad. Chapter 3, it presents the flow, method, key point to build the Clothing enterprise market administrative personnel Competency model. Based on data references, open interview and Behavior Event Interview, a self-constructed creative competence questionnaire is made. Chapter 4, I have built the Clothing enterprise market administrative personnel Competency model. Six competences are identified as common knowledge, key knowledge, general skill, key skill, basic character and key character. Meanwhile, this research employs the competency model to explore the qualification dictionary for the Clothing enterprise market administrative personnel.
