With the rapid development of information technology, the popularity of e-commerce, the customer has become more and more scarce resources which rivaled by the various companies of all sectors. Who owns the customers, whoever owns the market share; the company who can retain the key customer and continuously attract new customers, who will be able to secure the market share and be the leader of the related industry. However, with the huge customer database, how to take appropriate and effective management strategies has become a new topic to be studied.Third-party logistics companies which is non-productive enterprise provides professional logistics services to manufacturing and trade enterprises, is especially high dependence on customers, so the customer relationship management in TPL is particularly important.F Courier Company as a microcosm of third-party logistics enterprises, the author in this paper analyzes in the company's customer management strategy in detail.By using customer relationship management and marketing management theory, the author analyses in several aspects such as the F express delivery company's customer classification, information systems, customer loyalty and satisfaction, and sales management. After dedicated analysis, the author identified defects and deficiencies in the company customer management strategy, and designed a set of improvement program. The program is aimed to promote the F express the company's overall customer management efficiency by optimizing the integration of existing customer management system, and through the implementation of specific programs was designed to, thereby increasing the company's express delivery industry's competitiveness, thus contributing to the firms to capture more market share.
