Research On Problem Of Engineering Project Total Cost Management & Countermeasures

China becoming the world's largest amount of construction investment projects and construction projects country at present. However existing cost of management practices are relatively quite backward, resulting in many construction projects do not achieve cost management objectives. After these years of research, the whole process of the construction cost of the basic concept of management has been established, but many problems about the whole process of cost management of specific theories and methods still exist.This paper introduces the basic theory of comprehensive cost management, and expounded the theory of the relationship between; through comparing the cost of traditional project management and full cost management, analysis of project cost management of our existing problems, as well as the existence of these problems on the construction project the impact of the cost. In accordance with the whole process of Cost Control management of the basic stage, the proposed construction project from the decision-making stage, design stage, construction stage to the completion of stage management and effective cost control measures and specific methods, made the utility theory, fuzzy mathematical model, the value of engineering, mathematics and so on gray system method applied to the cost of the process of management control and analysis with examples of the usage of the model.This study mainly results from previous studies based on the full cost of project management to determine the reasonable cost and effective control measures to be taken. Hope this study can strengthen self-construction cost control and management.
