Economic Globalization And The Development Of Laos's Economy

In the process of globalization, the cooperation among countries is enhancing, and this means that the development of a state should not totally rely on its own power. Within this new economy environment, Laos should take advantage of its merit and those from abroad to stimulate the development of native economy. Hence, I believe that an analysis and an investigation on relationship between economic globalization and development of Lao economy are necessary.There are some components in the introduction of this thesis, including the significance of the research, a research Review, research method, the theoretical premise of the research, and thesis framework.The main content of the thesis is as follows:The first part is the Economic Globalization: An Irresistible Trend. This part provides an introduction on economic globalization and by doing that I give an overall look on the concept, nature and performance of economic globalization, as well as the opportunities and challenges brought by it.The second part is about an analysis on current situation of Laos's economic development under the economic globalization trend. I will focus on three fields, including current situation of Laos's economic development, the advantages of Laos's economic development, and some problems need to be solved.The third part concerns the impact on development of economy in Laos taken by economy globalization. I will mainly give an analysis on how the opportunity and economic development taken by economic globalization will be.The fourth part focuses on the strategy that Laos should be taken to deal with the globalization. This part will account for how Laos government can seize the opportunity and face the challenge in the circumstance of economic globalization.
