To establish salary system that comply with post development strategies and enterprise character is the basic requirement of post enterprise to establish modern enterprise system and improve the core competitiveness, is the urgent need for system creation after post system reform, is the important measure to construct harmonious enterprise and coherence staff, is the internal power to maintain post sustained steady rapid development.
