Interpersonal trust in organizations can not only reduce management cost, but also can make its members work together and smooth mutual interpersonal communication. Leadership behavior will affect the staff's judgments of leader credibility greatly and, consequently, affect subordinates' trust in leaders.However there are enormous differences about the Cognition of the trust relationship between Chinese employees and western employees in Zhen Boxun's study. Leaders and staff in china have their own views on it, due to the impact of Chinese traditional culture. The research result on factors influencing trust between leaders and subordinates does not necessarily adapt to Chinese society. And the study on it under the background of Chinese culture was limited. Therefore, this paper will focus on specific leadership behaviors which can effectively impacting on relations of trust in Chinese enterprises, with hope of providing certain theory supporting and practical guidance to building the trust relationship between leaders and subordinates.Based on summary of substantial literature and structured interviews results, scale on leadership behaviors impacting subordinates' trust in leaders is compiled by combination of theory and corporate real situation. Taking state-owned communications companies in Beijing and Hebei as study object, this paper make a demonstration analysis on leadership behaviors impacting Subordinates' trust in leaders.The main results are as follows: Leadership ability, good faith, honest, supporting, developing subordinates, cooperation and work involving are 7 factors impacting the subordinates' trust in leaders. This paper proves leadership ability, good faith and honest are three main factors impacting the subordinates' trust in leaders. At the same time, it demonstrates that relationship factors have important impact on the subordinates' trust in leaders, such as supporting.
