A Study On Effective Leadership Behaviors Effcting Subordinates' Trush In Leaders

This study proposes to explore the effective leadership behavior on subordinates' trust in leaders by using management knowledge from the following aspects. Trust is not the production cost, but it affects the production cost; it is not the research cost, but it will stifle the progress of scientific research; it is not marketing cost, it can greatly increase market development cost; it is not management cost, but it can made management costs increased significantly because of infightings. The trust between leaders and subordinates can obviously effect on subordinates morale, which thus affect the health of enterprises development. As a result, research on the effective leadership behavior on subordinates'trust in leaders in China's Stateowned enterprises has some practical significance, which may enhance the core competitiveness of stateowned enterprises. Based on exist research, study designs structured interviews for the subordinates, and the interviews results is used as a basis for designing the questionnaire. We hope the conclusions and discussions are consistent with the modern enterprise development status, but also has certain forwardlooking and unique, which leads to the establishment of good relations between leaders and subordinates to make recommendations on the practice work to achieve enlightenment significance. Based on the impact of the subordinates'trust in leaders with 14 dimensions, according to questionnaire survey findings and analysis with relevant theory, we conclude the effective leadership behavior on subordinates'trust in leaders can be explained by the following factor: effective communication and appropriate authorization, integrity and a consistent, organizational citizenship behavior, ability, developing subordinates, caring and responsibility.
