| As an important node of the modern logistics, the construction and development of warehouse have been put on great importance by the government and enterprises. In a long period, warehouse has belonged to labor-intensive enterprises in our country, which takes up a lot of labor with high labor intensity, bad labor conditions, low efficiency and utilization of capacity. By the late 1990s, although the warehouse industry has been developed greatly, the current situation of warehouse industry in China is still not satisfactory with the existence of various problems. What's more, there is no agreed standard of how to create a professional warehouse, and even the concept of logistics warehouse has not been really formed. Based on the requirements of planning and designing of logistics center, this thesis studies the programming and designing of logistics warehouses from the aspects of theoretical and practical applications.The analysis of the types and characteristics of the warehouses, and the contracting of the functions of both traditional storages and the distribution centers to warehouses, makes the diversity of the functions of logistics warehouses clear and underlines the floating functions of logistics warehouses. The awareness of the rapid response capability to the market and innovation ability of logistics warehouses is the key point to maintain the core competitiveness of logistics warehouses. And all these are dependent on the performing of the information systems. After the analysis and studying of the diversity of the functions of logistics warehouses, the planning and designing method of the information systems of the logistics warehouses is put forward, it includes the following three parts: warehouse management system, inventory management system and distribution management system.As there is no specific design requirements of logistics warehouses planning at the current national level, and the storage of cargo warehouse is large, storage time is long and degree of information technology is not very high, this essay focuses on some researches on the key technical indicators of logistics warehouses planning and the main technical indicators of logistics warehouse designing, proposes the overall and basic requirements for the logistics warehouse planning, and provides sets of benchmarks data for the future construction of logistics warehouses.By the use of case studies and the reference of the main technical indicators of Logistics warehouse planning and designing, this thesis finally analyzes the planning and designing of Jiangning Logistics Warehouse of Prologs and Hongkai Logistics Warehouse, summarizes the implementation of the logistics warehouses technical indicators in these two logistics warehouses, and the guiding role they play on the construction of those two warehouses, so as to provide some benchmarks to promote the construction of modern logistics warehouse . |
