Manufacture industry is the material foundation of the national economy and the society development, an important reflects of a country's synthetically ability. Now, Chinese manufacture industry remains at the labor concentrated stage, weak in the world's competition. As the IT development and enterprises paying more attention on the"custom's satisfaction", enterprises all over the world give more attentions on the services segment of the manufacture value chains. Because of the quickly development of the IT, more and more people have realized the great influence has been made on the enterprises by the acknowledge element.Based on consulting many of the elder's research, this article has made a deep research on the manufacture service and acknowledge, and raised the opinion that it could improve the manufacture industry competition by acknowledge coordination service.First, expound research background, purpose and significance, and summed up the support from the theoretical papers, the main contents of a research method and the main thesis innovation point, through the understanding of the relevant literature.Second, analysis the manufacture industry's present competition situation, define the services and features of the manufacturing industry; raise two directions through which we study the service: services standardization and services standardization.Third, analysis the relevant theories about acknowledge, the importance of the acknowledge management, and raise the innovation point that it can promote the manufacture industry's competition through the coordination acknowledge and service.Fourth, establish a simple manufacturing services competition model on the basis of the causes, mechanisms analysis.Fifth, papers arguments the impact on the competitiveness of the service factor which takes reality to it industry as an example. Offer several management strategic and advice after investigations to customers'recognized degree and based on facts.Finally, make a summary on the theory and practical research, analysis the deficiencies, and propose the further research direction and content of proposals.
