Due to the theories at home and abroad of tertiary industry development and urban-rural harmoniousness, this issue set up the western region tertiary industry development and urban-rural harmoniousness to promote the coordination of evaluation index system, trying to find the empirical point of view reveals the tertiary industry development on the impact of urban-rural harmoniousness, by econometric and other research methods By the component analysis, this paper analyzes the main factors on the tertiary industry development impacting the urban-rural harmoniousness, while comparing the differences between the regions. Between urban-rural fixed-asset investment and employment growth gap are subject to the tertiary industry of employment, and they have granger of cause and effect with each other. The main impact on the performance of the system is long term. Finally, these conclusions put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
