| With the rapid development of modernization, all societies in our country are paying increasing attention to the problems of Intangible Cultural Heritage in recent years. The capacity of cultural environment to uphold our heritage is weakening. The attractiveness of our cultural heritage is becoming less popular to the young generation. The only way to inherit the cultural skills is direct learning from the masters who are very few in number. The valuable and distinctive contents of cultural heritage are experiencing variations over time. But the government's policies and funds are far from enough to be supportive of cultural transmission. This paper tries to build a self-contained mechanism of traditional craft skill from the angle of the development of tourism's view, which could offer new ideas of protecting and developing for Intangible Cultural Heritage. It's employed on the research the self-made questionnaire on the Incentive Structure of Needs, the contents of which is compiled based on the results of the analysis such as theoretical studies and social instances, the purpose of which is to probe into the Structure of Needs and the incentive factors of inheritors such as the traditional craftsmen, which may be inspired at tourism market situation, to make quantitative analysis about and confirm the incentive factors of the inheritors. The statistic tools of the research used SPSS15.0. The result of the research shows that incentive factors could be separated into four classes in two views. One is, according to the rootstock of driving power to inheritors, Intrinsic Incentive Factors and Extrinsic Incentive Factors. Another is, according to the effect at different incentive situations, Positive Incentive Factors and Negative Incentive Factors. Above all is with the tourism developing situation. To combine the four classes, there are four new ones, Intrinsic Positive Incentive Factors(Favor, Responsibility, Value Identification, Self-challenge), Intrinsic Negative Incentive Factors (Inertia, Greed), Extrinsic Positive Incentive Factors (Income, Respect, Culture Intercourse, Devolvement Chance of Intangible Heritage), Extrinsic Negative Incentive Factors(Cultural Transplant, Malfeasant Competition). Four compound incentive factors interacting with eachother induce heritors' behaviors in different qualities.. Combining the positive behaviors with his personal and group goals, heritors gets the intrinsic/extrinsic rewards, then gets satisfied. Changing the negative behaviors into positive is due to correlative organization's lead and regulation. The final purpose of motivation is to meet the inheritors' need, strength the positive effect of tourism incentive and make the Intangible Cultural Heritage auto-inheriting come true. That's the base of the Inheriting Incentive Model which approve that the tourism is propitious to incentive the inheriting self-contained mechanism of Intangible Cultural Heritage. Then grounds on the model, points out some practice revelations of the Intangible Cultural Heritage tourism incentive mechanism from two perspectives: intensifying the positive incentive and implementing the exterior regulation, in allusion to diverse incentive dominators such as tourism corporations, government and guilds.. |
