Research On The Design For SMEs Pension Of China

The design of enterprise pension needs consider the different requirements and characteristics of different enterprises. The lack of design for SMEs pension is a key reason for their slow development. In China, design of enterprise pension considered the characteristics of large enterprises more. Follow large enterprises'pension, the SMEs have a lot of difficulties, so SMEs pensions in China have been stagnant.In the long run, the main part of the enterprise pension in China will be the SMEs pension. Research on the design for SMEs pension, not only favorable to the rapid development of pension markets, but also favorable to the design of SMEs pension .On the research frame, this article divides into four parts. The first part for the first chapter of introduction, expounded the background, the mentality and method, the structure and material, the difficulties and innovations; The second part for the second chapter, elaborated the main rationale; The third part for third chapter, fourth chapter, fifth chapter and the sixth chapter, is mainly based on the needs of SMEs in China, researched on the design of configuration of SMEs pension, payment pattern of SMEs pension ,enterprise payment way and the ownership rights of SMEs pension, the account management and the portable design, this part is the core of this article. The fourth part is conclude, sums up the findings and the insufficiency of this article.
