Build the rural bus stations, construct the rural passenger traffic network, achieve the rural networked goal of passenger traffic, not only as the foundation of improve the transportation system of the whole road and optimize transport resource distribution, but also seek the promotion of the road on " quantity " and on " quality " of transport infrastructure, solve peasant go out difficult problem, improve countryside wait in the open, even the trials and hardship has not been avoided, or " substitute the field with way "," substitute the station with car " Wait terms and so on, meet peasant's objective requirement to raise terminal service quality constantly. Study the theory and practice of rural bus stations planning that have characteristics such as prospective, science, practicability, economy, effectiveness and people's natural instinct,etc, Set up the network of rural bus stations among rural villages and towns with clear functions,clearly demarcated level and well arranged to the highway transportation hubs, not only reflect government's " human-oriented " service theory, but also improve industry's whole quality of the road traffic and social economic benefits, realize road transport infrastructure overall arrangement and structure have great realistic meaning and far-reaching historic significance rationalizedly.This thesis is on the basis of analyzing theory of rural economy, new rural planning and construction, proceed from rural networked construction object of passenger traffic of the Ministry of Communications, combine the existing pivot and plan theory and practice, have done systematic research to the rural bus stations planning, regard passenger transport characteristic of rural road as the breakthrough point, analyzed the tendency of rural bus stations, put forward the demand predict method of rural bus stations which combining quantitative and qualitative study together; On the basis of studying theories such as the overall arrangement principle of rural bus stations and technological condition,etc, adopt the node importance sequencing method based on AHP , combine cluster's analysis, propose the rural bus stations dividing layers arrangement method; On the basis of studying the evaluation index system of scheme of overall arrangement of rural bus stations and melt quantitatively description, employ combining fuzzy comprehensive assessment with analytic hierarchy process to evaluate and choose the most satisfying rural bus stations' overall arrangement; Probe into the investment and operation mode of rural bus stations, combine practice. Research results of this thesis have offered theoretical foundation for decision of planning and construction of the rural bus stations.
