| In recent years, mobile communication industry has developed rapidly in our country. Nowadays the number of users in this field increased rapidly at the average rate of more than millions per month. Now it is in the period of growth at a high speed. On the contrary, the average revenue per user (ARPU) decreases step by step. The business of mobile communication is divided into basic service and value-added service. The basic service grows slowly while the value-added service turns into a new increase point.At first, the thesis analyzing the correct situation and development trend of Mobile communication home and abroad can make us know the intense competition in the industry and businessmen's paying great importance on Value-Add service so as to improve their competitive superiority, avoiding the risks of engaging in pure vocal service. Integrated the local economical situation of Guizhou, reaching the conclusion that to devote major effort to developing Value-Add service is quite necessity.And than, through analyzing SWOT, we know the superiority and inferiority in resources in the aspect of developing Value-Add service in Guizhou and finding the concrete tactics of realizing the Value-Add service, and analyzing the value chain at the same time, by combining its superiority and inferiority, finding the best position of Guihzou in the chain, getting the reasonable developing strategy.Lastly, developing Value-Add service must have a correct guiding ideology, through analyzing the competition environment, SWOT and value chain, combined with Guizhou Mobile's experience in developing Value-Add service, reaching the major conclusion of the thesis. |
