Research On The Distribution System In E-commerce Logistics Based On Griddization Management

The thought of griddization management can effectively achieve the sharing of resources in boundary, business collaboration and integration service, and effectively dispatch the dispersive resources unified by the grid operation mechanism. Using this thought can solve the problem of scattered layout and unreasonable distribution of resources existing in e-commerce logistic distribution of our country. Based on the qualitative and quantitative research methods, this dissertation constructs the electronic commerce logistic system through the conceptual model and simulation model, and then deepens the research.Main research contents are as follows:(1) Research the existing problems and the reasons in current e-commerce logistics resource allocation, and construct an electronic commerce logistic resource integration system based on the grid management theory research.(2) Study on the griddization e-commerce logistics distribution resources integration system through computer simulation software Arena, and then build relevant evaluation system and evaluate it.(3) Empirical research by taking chain enterprise logistics distribution centers in Beijing for example.This innovation can be reduced to two main points:One, this dissertation constructs the mode of e-commerce logistics resource integration based on griddization management, and provides a feasible method for current logistics resource integration in our country. Another, for existing problems of e-commerce logistic resource allocation and optimization of necessity, this dissertation constructs the logical model and simulation model of griddization e-commerce logistic distribution system, and carries on the simulation research.Through the research, we'll expect to find a scientific method of reasonable integrating e-commerce logistics resources theoretically, and provide some suggestions for e-commerce logistic resource integration and application in domestic. In addition, using griddization management mode, it can achieve the goals of sharing e-commerce logistics distribution resources among enterprises, improving the convenience of getting e-commerce logistics distribution resources, and accelerating the development of e-commerce logistics.
