The research of the land utilization's change in the belt is the important basis to ecological environment change, is also the basis of scientific decision-making on control the human behavior. And has the vital significance to the region in land resource sustainable use and the food security.This article's research area is the core of the belt that the farming and animal husbandry----WuChuan in Inner Mongolia. Studied the near 15 years'change characteristics in agriculture and construction by principal components analysis, Yuan linearity regression analysis and pessimistic interrelatedness analysis. To analysis the action mechanism of technology actuation factor and the process. And to confirm the huge influence in social development and the advance in technology to the land utilization change in the area. The findings and the conclusion mainly include following several aspects:(1) The land change characteristic: near 15 years, agriculture uses in quantity has reduced tendency, in which farming quantity reduces continually; and the forest land, the transportation use, the water conservancy facilities to use and other agriculture use then increases unceasingly; the pastures, the independent industry and mining, the residential area and have not presented has the undulation tendency after the land which increases first reduces. Looked from 2001~2005 years land utilization type shift, reduces the farming mainly becomes the forest land, the pastures, the independent industry and mining, the residential area uses and has not used the land (mainly is weed); During 1996~2006 years the change of the plants crops, the forest land, the pastures, the construction uses, that the region difference to be extremely obvious.(2) Model analysis results: By the principal components analysis, social development factors of land utilization way change including farm machinery gross power and other 7 factors;The technology advance factors including the amount of agriculture uses the thin film and other 6 factors. By the multivariate linear regression analysis, in social development factors it is present correlation by the agriculture uses change and the farm machinery gross power, the cities inhabitant consumption level, the correlation coefficient is 1.52, 1.13; In technology factors it is remarkable inverse correlation by the agriculture uses change and the chemicals amount uses, correlation coefficient for - 86.968.
