Study On The Tertiary Industry And Environmental Issues Of Our Country

Entering the new century, our economy transforms gradually to the service economy, service industry becomes a powerful impetus of the development of our country, and is playing a more and more vital role to the economic and social life. However, with the improvement of the people's ecological concepts and the environmental awareness, environmental pollution in service industry development has aroused people's great concern, service industry and the environment issues also becomes the important question of the realization of achieving sustainable social and economic development. In this context, the people proposed a higher request to service industry development; the ecology is an important shift for the modern service industry development. Service industry ecology shift becomes a tendency and an important part of circulation economical and sustainable development, should arouse more interests and the ponder. The realization of service industry ecology shift is inevitable request when constructing the resource conservation society and the environment friendly society, and it is also an important task when constructing the sustainable development of society.In this paper the author classifies the conception and the sorts of service industry; introduce the basic character of the service industry for discussing the relation between the service industry and the environment. After that, the author describes the how the service industry influence the environment, and analysis the reason of sacrificing environment in the development of the service industry. Then the author gets the conclusion that in the transformation of eco- service industry, we should obtain the principal of controlling the polluted resource, procession management and function direction. This means utilizing the management of environmental protection during the whole procession by economical corpus, clean service process, green consume model and tired collection with other industry. At last by the mutual effort of government, enterprise and the society, providing Strategy in theirs own fields, we could offer the supported theory and practiced direction for the sustainable development of the service industry.
