At present, the degree of information has become an important indicator of the comprehensive national strength。As the basic unit of socio-economic, enterprises has become very great importance to the construction of information,and its investment has been increased,all of this allows enterprise informationization to become research hotspots of the industry and the academic. As a typical manufacturing industry, Iron and steel enterprises, compared with other enterprises, have the process of production with a strong continuity of flow, automation technology and control technology diversity, which determines the Iron and steel enterprise information requirements for the degree of very high.So it is an important problem that the implement of information enterprises has to solve in urgent need,which about the contribution rate research on iron and steel enterprise information as well as the development of manufacturing enterprises.With the rapid advance of information technology,Business to understand the impact of informationization is becoming more pressing needs,However,Microscopic study on the Information on enterprise development has not achieved results with thorough and systematic.This thesis focus on research of the contribution rate of enterprise information, first of all, through the analysis of relevant research literature of home and abroad, pointing out that at present it exist the limitations and deficiencies on study and practice of enterprise informationization in China.And the thesis has researched on combining with characteristics, meaning and development of the status of the Iron and steel enterprises in China, based on construction requirements of enterprise information. In the content of the thesis,it use some aspects of the theory and methods, such as systems science, economics, management science, information science and technical, combine qualitative with quantitative analysis.and determine the scope of calculation, methods and indicators of measure of the contribution rate of enterprise information, so as to build the estimated model.Finally the thesis take a more typical example of the Iron and Steel Company Limited, collecte some relevant data and use the models of the contribution rate to actual measurement, assessment and analysis the measurement results and the model, moreover, give the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the enterprise in the end.Therefore, In theory, the thesis can be added, improve and better understanding the theories and methods of the contribution rate of enterprise information. In reality, it can guide the development of enterprise information to solve some practical problems, so has a strong significance in the theory and the value of practical applications.
