As the rapid development of the economy in China, the development of Tourism Industry step into the century which is provide a good environment for its fast growth. On the one hand, The Tourism Industry is growing fast during the last several years. Take Xi'an as an example, The Xi'an municipal government planned Xi'an as an "International Tourism Destination" for the development of Xi'an Tourism Industry in the recent years, and put it into the government 's work plan. Meanwhile the competition in tourism industry is becoming much more crucial. On the other hand, the tourists are more objective to the diversity of the tourism productions. So that increasing the tourism and economic value of the Qiachuan Wetland Park is an important issue we have to face with.It was found that the operation of Qia Chuan Wetland Park has had a significant macroeconomic effect on Heyang Town and the Tourism Industry of Weinan City. After taking account of all multiplier effect, it is estimated that expenditure at the Park has made cumulative contribution to local economy over last seven years. The writer of this thesis analyzed the current situation of Weinan Tourism Industry which is the city Qing chuan Wetland Park located, as well as the effect of Qiachuan Wetland Park will make to the macroeconomic changes of Heyang Town and the Weinan Tourism Industry. The solution the writer suggested is optimizing spatial structure of tourism route of Weinan city through combination of qualitative method with quantitative method in order to make a better environment for the tourism development of Weinan city.In this thesis, the strategic management of the wetland park is introduced into the management system of the wetland park based on the sustainable development of the ecology environment.
