As the mainstay of promoting the development of agriculture, the agricultural enterprise is the subject that effectively carries on rural productivity restructure, realizes the resource allocation and innovates production relations, and is also the core force that promotes agricultural industrialization, solves'Three Rural Issues'and constructs new rural. Following with the economic globalization and more fierce competition after our country entering the market, the development of agricultural enterprise of our country faces unprecedented challenge and opportunity, how to cope with these challenges and seize the opportunity to develop is the important choice that each agricultural enterprise should face.This paper is on the basis of thoroughly expanding the enterprise ecological theory, using two basic theories—the enterprise ecological niche and the enterprises ecological chain in enterprise ecological theory completely analyzing the enterprise competition and cooperation strategy. Based on enterprise ecological niche theory, propose ecological niche separate strategy, ecological niche control strategy and innovate strategy when the agricultural enterprise participates in competition. The ecological niche separate strategy includes time dimension separate strategy, space dimension separate strategy and product dimension strategy; the ecological niche control strategy includes the expansion strategy and the compression strategy of ecological niche; the innovate strategy mainly means that find and utilize the potential ecological niche. Based on enterprise ecological chain theory, propose contract agriculture strategy, enterprise cluster strategy and cooperation marketing strategy when the agricultural enterprise participates in cooperation. The contract agriculture strategy primarily aims at the cooperation between the agricultural enterprises of the upper and middle reach; the enterprise cluster strategy primarily aims at the cooperation of paralleled levels in the same region and the upper and middle reach of the agricultural enterprise; the cooperation marketing strategy contains the cooperation of different regions, the same or different levels and even different kinds of agricultural enterprises. Proposing these competition and of cooperation strategies is favorable to the agricultural enterprise's own development, and also favorable to optimize structure and function of the whole agricultural enterprises'ecosystem.Finally, though the case analysis of the biggest meat products processing enterprise—Shineway Group in our country's agricultural enterprises, verify the feasibility of these strategies one by one in terms of demonstration. And through the analysis of the market environment where Shineway Group in, point out its disadvantages of development, and propose the suggestion of enterprise development in terms of enterprise ecological theory.
