| Finance sustainable development has become the research hot-topic within commercial bank field. Scientific evaluation on banks'level and ability to sustainable develop is very important for forecasting and controlling risk of banking system, increasing efficiency of collocating financial resources and gaining most performance.Firstly, this article enunciated the relevant study about Finance Resource Theory and Financial Sustainable Development Theory at home and abroad. Borrowing from these theories, it deduced commercial bank sustainable development from financial sustainable development, enunciated the meaning and importance of commercial bank's sustainable development, and distributed the evaluation of banks sustainable development into evaluations on level and ability of banks'sustainable performance. It constructed the evaluation system about commercial banks'sustainable development level from five phases: profit, scale, growth, structure and quality. As to overall evaluating method, it chose the counting methods of factor analysis, and designed a demonstrative model by the prevalent statistical software—SPSS. The factor analysis educed two key factors of evaluation on banks'sustainable development level by the demonstration on the data of banks in the important three years when the commercial banks went through the property right reform, and the two key factors had been elucidated clearly towards the factors'ingredients and transformation. Therefore it concluded the significant change of commercial banks'developing pattern and the closest factors correlated with banks'sustainable development. Finally it comprehensively listed the non-financial factors influential to banks'sustainable development ability, which contains the systematic factor and the managing factor, by the qualitative analysis. Then, the systematic factor comprises property right system and the company governance. While the managing factor involves management,creativity and internationalization. |
