Reform and opening up for 30 years, Chinese enterprises have developed rapidly. There have been a large number of high-growth enterprises. They made tremendous contribution to China's economic development and social progress. They have become a new growth point promoting China's economic development. These enterprises continuously explore in the development process, forming a unique corporate culture. The cultures fit China's national conditions at this stage. These enterprises show the world China's strong economic development momentum. At a certain extent, they reflect the direction of China's economic development. Chinese enterprises should maintain and learn. In this paper, based on the China's national conditions and the economic development, we defined the concept and scope of the high-growth Chinese companies at this stage .We selected 15 typical high-growth companies for the sample from the IT industry, household electrical appliance industry, beverage industry, real estate and other industries. Analyzed and summarized their cultural model. First of all, summed up the industry trends of Chinese high-growth enterprises through the changes of high-growth industries: the 80's everywhere; 90's there were many high-growth industries in home appliances, beverages, computers, health care products, clothing, milk and other high-growth industry; the first years of 21st century high-growth enterprises were concentrated in the network, games, cars, new media, real estate. Secondly, described the culture of 15 high-growth enterprises to find out their unique corporate culture and the role in the enterprise development. Again , comparative analysis 15 typical high-growth enterprises. From the external adaptation and internal integration, stability, flexibility and participation in four aspects, consistency, adaptability, and mission of the four characteristics, We referent denison organizational culture model to summarize common Cultures of high-growth Chinese companies at this stage, not losing their cultural personality. We had come to 9 great cultural strategy model of high-growth business. They are entrepreneurs awareness, people in this culture, culture of customer value and speed of culture, learning culture, innovative culture, tolerance and integration of cultural, social responsibility, culture, brand and image culture. We hope these can promote high-growth enterprises to maintain a healthy and stable growth, but also for other companies to learn, in order to promote the common prosperity of China's economy. Subsequently, this article summarizes the four directions of the high-growth business development Culture: culture of customer value will pay more attention to the spiritual culture. The awareness of entrepreneurs will increase gradually. Customer innovative elements is going to be added into culture of innovation. Culture of social responsibility will become the core of Culture. Directing the development direction of the four, enterprises should take the following countermeasures:â‘ The cultural core develops with the times at the basis of coherenceâ‘¡Insist on combining full consensus with the aim Culture, performance principle.â‘¢We should take full use of network and other advanced technology to disseminate corporate culture, internal consensus and external support of the public. Finally, this article summarizes the research and innovation, in the hope to have a certain contribution for Chinese enterprises and China's economic development.
