Inner Mongolia municipality has various energy sources, but the structure with the characteristics of producing and consuming of coal has led to of low efficiency and high consumption in energy utilization as well as serious ecological environment, and it will be harmful to the sustainable development of Inner Mongolia municipality. So, the optimization and adjustment of energy structure of Inner Mongolia municipality is staring us in the face.
