Research On Agricultural Trade Remedy Measures Of China

Agricultural trade Remedy is related to the security of a country's agricultural industry .It is the most important trade remedy. The analysis methods used in this paper are comparing, case study, establishment of mathematical models and induction. First, this paper analyses China's international agricultural trade environment; Secondly, it discusses the United States, Japan and the EU's agricultural trade remedy measures, systems and what China can learn from them. Thirdly, the author identifies defects of China's agricultural trade remedy measures and the causes of defects; Finally, makes recommendations in China's agricultural trade remedy measures. The full text is organized around two clues: one is to make a reasonable choice of agricultural trade remedy measures; the other is to build and improve the remedy system of agricultural trade. The article analyzes how to take the initiative to launch trade remedy measures. It uses cross-disciplinary theory, puts forward a new classification of trade remedy measures, and explores the establishment of a mechanism to include all remedy measures. The article also makes innovation in research, classification of trade remedy measures, strategic perspective and interdisciplinary dimensions.This thesis focuses on countermeasures and proposals. China should take part in making international agricultural trade rules and choose a positive agricultural trade remedy measures. China should take the initiative to launch anti-dumping, countervailing, safeguard measures, special safeguard measures, anti-trade barriers in agricultural trade complaints. Meanwhile, China should enhance the export policies, trade remedy laws and review mechanism, industrial early-warning mechanisms, advisory services to improve the remedy system of agricultural trade.
