Research On Early Warning Mechanism For Technical Barriers To Trade Of Service Field In Fujian Province

As service and service trade becomes more and more important and turns out to be knowledgefication and technicalization in FuJian's economy, the influence of the technology which is a new means of technical barriers is expanding gradually. So how to build up an effective warning system in order to detect and prevent the technical barriers to Fujian province timely is the key to develop service trade of Fujian. That is the research point of this paper.This paper includes five chapters.Chapter one is introduction, showing the research background and significance, establishing research method, structure, and creative points.Chapter two is the relative theories, explaining the defination and characters of technical barriers, it also expounds the theories and practices of warning mechanism.Chapter three diagnoses the technical barriers to service trade in FuJian. It introduces the whole status service trade in FuJian province, and analyzes the technical barriers that the enterprises encountered, after that, it emphasizes on analyzing the technical barriers which suffer from tourist industry, transportation industry, personal services industry this three preponderant service industries. Finally, it discusses the challenges and opportunities to service trade from TBT in Fujian province.Chapter four builds the warning mechanism and warning index system to technical barriers and scales the index by quantities in order to detect technical barriers to service trade and then promotes the development of service trade in FuJian province.Finally, chapter five indicates the brief conclusion of this paper and further subjects.
