Research On The Financing Management For The Private Enterprises In The Growing Period

Private enterprise is an important component of the national economy, is the main provider for the social employment opportunity providing, and is also the prime mover for the technology progress. In this paper the reason to take the private enterprises in the growing period for the research object is that the private enterprises in growing period are able to embody the need of the private enterprises to the Chinese industrial upgrade and transformation in the best way, as well as the private enterprises in the growing period are of the main body for the private economy.In the growing period, it is always the period where the need of capital for the enterprises is mostly intense, as similar to that for the youth in the growing and up-growth period in the youth-hood there is a need of a mass of energy, it also needs the support of a great member of funds, so the financing demand of the private enterprises in growing period is extremely urgent. But for the reason that there are many insufficiencies and problems in the growing enterprises to be got specified, which carry even more difficulties or higher cost for the growing enterprises to get finance, thus, in the practical financing operation the expectant effect always cannot be reached. As for the private enterprises in the growing period with the limitation of ownership system, as compared with the growing enterprises with public ownership system, the gap between demand and practical effect may be even more enlarged.At present the research on the enterprise financing management mostly is aiming at the medium-small enterprises(abroad) or at the private economy(in China), these conclude mainly transverse comparison researches. As to the growing period, i.e. the longitudinal contrast side the research is rather rare. Thus, in this paper enterprise life cycle theory is used, combined with the data obtained from market investigation, and taking time for axis, the affect of the operation features of four sub periods i.e. gestate, babyhood, walking learning, and youth periods on the enterprise financing management has been investigated.The finance crisis will carry new variables to the financing management of the private enterprises in the growing period, and get the financing status of the private enterprises in the growing period deteriorated. In this paper through practical investigation and theoretic analysis, there are provided suggestions on the financing management of the private enterprises in the growing period for the present phase. These suggestions consist of three sides: the first is of optimized environment in the policy side; the second is of strengthening the creation for the finance system; the third is of the enhancement of the private enterprises in the growing period both internally and externally.
