Research Of ChenYun's Management Thought

Chen Yun is a great proletarian revolutionist and statesman, an outstanding Marxist, oneof the founders of Economic Construction of the Chinese Socialism, the proven excellentleader of the Party and State. As an important member of the Party's first and secondgenerations of central collective leadership, Chen Yun has contributed a lot of great thoughtsand ideas to the Party and Government. Furthermore, he has also made great contributions tothe localization of Marxist management theory in China. ChenYun's management thought isthe organic part of the research on ChenYun's life and thought. For a long time, not enoughattention has been paid to ChenYun's management thought , and even few cared to study it. Sofar, there haven't been any monographs on ChenYun's management thought in the academiccommunity and there are few theses on his management thought. In fact, as an outstandingmanager in China and the world, his management thought and activity have experienced twostages, democratic revolution and socialist construction, containing all the aspects such aspolitics, economy, culture, and military etc. This thesis tries to focus on a comprehensive andsystematic research on ChenYun's management thought from the angle of generalmanagement , hoping to provide helpful instructions on new exploration in the managementtheory and practice of the Party and Government. The thesis includes four parts . Theforeword introduces the significance, trends, general contents and innovation of the research.The first part is the formation and evolution of ChenYun's management thought. The secondpart is the forming and developing process of this thought. The third part focuses on thedetailed contents of ChenYun's management thought. The fourth part is the value of thisthought in the era. The conclusion part presents that ChenYun's management thought is aresource-rich treasure house and will provide guidance in the Party and Governmentmanagement.
