The Research On Chinese Financial Supervision Model Under Financial Crisis

With the creativity of finance at the end of the 20th century, thousands of mixture cooperation raises and human beings enjoy the benefits brought by finance booming. However at the beginning of the 21st century, the finance bubble collapses and the global economy starts to deflate. At present, the leakages of finance supervision system start to emerge in the crisis and how to avoid the leakages become the essential tasks of every administration. In demand of the economy development in China, the efficiency of finance institution is in demand of raising, specially the Asset-Backed Securitization, the model of mixture cooperation cannot be replaced or reverse. Therefore, what we should do is how to reform the finance supervision corresponding with mixture cooperation.This paper tries to seek the finance supervision system, with the assistance of academic study in finance. Firstly, analyzing the finance supervision mode of US and UK and observing the disadvantages in financial crisis, we seek an appropriate finance supervision system. Secondly, with the application of supervision, there exists the character of cost. Utilizing play analysis, we establish a model which combines supervision administration and finance player. Furthermore, we analysis the finance supervision and introduce the facts of finance supervision cost, risk of revenue. Moreover, we use AHP analysis to assist mix supervision, separate supervision and incomplete unified regulation. The quantities of supervision mode are implemented, and merging the quality and quantity analysis, we find the finance supervision mode suitable to China in complex finance crisis.Finally, with the development tendency of international finance supervision, we design a suitable route of finance supervision in China, which enforce and construct the effective finance supervision system.
