Research On Highway Investment And Financing Policy

Highway as an important basis of modern facilities fully reflects a country's economic construction and development level. China's highway sector is in the time of industry expansion and continued prosperity. The current shortage of funds and inefficient use of funds restricted the development of China's highway. In view of this situation, it is significant to study China's highway investment and financing policies of the current situation and existing problems, to explore investment and financing of China's highway policy reform direction.This article is divided into five main elements. Chapter II to Chapter V is the main body of the thesis. Firstly, we introduced the development of the highway, then explore the quasi-public good, commercial and investment characteristic of highway, provide a theoretical basis for the later suggestions. Secondly, we analyze the present situation and problem of China's highway construction of investment and financing policies. Third, we got some inspiration by study and summarizing the investment and financing system of foreign typical highway. Finally, we put forward our views and suggestions of China's highway investment and financing policy direction and hope to ease the tense situation of the highway funds.
