Rebuild Project Feasibility Research Of ChengZhong Cui Of JiTou Town, WuHou District

Feasibility research is not only a research before an investment, but also a practical and systematic method for project economic analysis. It is both the core idea of technology economy and the creation process of project design. Any success of an investment project is related to its social requirement, technology application and mutual influence of social, economy and natural environment. Therefore, it's necessary to do systematic, scientific and comprehensive feasibility research for marketing, technology and economy in order to improve the impact and success probability of project investment. Thus an optimal project can be obtained. This is also the idea and key point of this research. This paper is on the basis of a practical project. It mentions the task, phase and content of feasibility research and relevant applicable approach and methodology. This paper has 6 chapters and they are organized as follows:Chapter 1 introduces the background, necessity of feasibility research, the content and methodology of this paper. In chapter 2, the situation of ChengZhongCui's rebuild project is introduced, especially the current operation, necessity of project and economic development of JiTou's industry. Chapter 3 discusses the design and approach of this rebuild project, including dismantlement and placement of residents, relevant infrastructure, placement house plan, land realization plan, etc. Chapter 4 evaluates the cost of project investment, including evaluation of compensation for national and collective land dismantlement, evaluation of infrastructural investment and placement house investment, etc. Chapter 5 analyzes the financial status of this project on the basis of profitability and payment ability. Chapter 6 discusses the uncertainty and risk of this project.The purpose of this paper is to get the conclusion whether this project is feasible or not and relevant risk according to the actual project operation, financial evaluation and uncertainty and risk analysis. Among which, financial evaluation is used to estimate the financial feasibility of the project on the basis of profitability and payment ability; uncertainty analysis is used to find sensible factors and breakeven; probability tree method is used for risk analysis in order to estimate the anti-risk ability of project.
