| How to obtain the suitable competitive advantage is a problem, both for the field of management theories and the entrepreneurs, to resolve wishfully, especially in the dynamic competition environment. With the deeply developing of the economic globalize and the changing of the industry technique revolution day by day, the new economic is developing by a high speed which is taking the character of knowledge economic and network economic. The environment that enterprises are facing to is becoming to more and more complicated, and changing more and more speedily. It is becoming a main content of strategic research in the new situation to draw up strategies effectively in order to make enterprises keep competitive advantages in the complication quickly changing environment.Based on reference and comprehensive analysis of lots of theoretical literature about dynamic competition, capacity, and strategic capabilities theories, this paper defines the essential and character, then designs the cultivation modal of enterprise sustainable strategy capability. In the discussion of cultivate modal which is from two aspects of thinking mechanism and evolution mechanism, this paper put forward three modals as the theory basic of the cultivating modal, they are the three-dimensions'analysis modal of enterprise living environment, the model of dynamic competitive ring and the model of enterprise sustainable strategic capability cultivation ascending logic steps. The analysis of Toyota and Gold-wind is the case basic. Finally, after comprehensive analysis the advantages of AHP and the Gray system theories, this paper puts forward Gray multi-level synthetic evaluation method based on AHP for the evaluation of the enterprise sustainable strategic capability's cultivating situation that is under the direction of the cultivating modal. |
